Versace Ceramics is highly esteemed in the market for its unique design, exquisite craftsmanship, and luxurious style. During this visit, we gained a deeper understanding of Versace Ceramics' outstanding performance in the production of high-end ceramic tiles and building materials. The visit not only revealed potential future cooperation opportunities but also provided us with more inspiration and support for building a high-end home experience center. Both parties have preliminarily explored cooperation in high-end residential and commercial space decoration materials and conducted an in-depth analysis of potential market opportunities. Currently, Hong Kong lacks large-scale, comprehensive high-quality building material sales and home experience centers. Our building will provide a comprehensive display space that includes basic building materials, furniture and soft decorations, and custom rigid installations, featuring a 25,000 square foot luxury home experience gallery. During the visit, the Versace Ceramics sales delegation showed a keen interest in our office area, the under-construction home experience gallery, and the rooftop terrace facilities.
