1. Capable of handling projects independently from the design stage to project completion.
2. Responsible to handle full set of design drawings and material selection.
3. Coordinating with project manager and contractors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
4. Responsible to On-Site Inspection & Measurement .
5. Reporting to the Design Director every stage until project finished. 
6. Capable of communicating with clients independently.

1. Diploma / Degree in Interior or Architectural Design Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
2. Experience in Luxury residential / hospitality design for international five-star hotel will be an advantage.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Sketchup will be an advantage.
4. Moderate level of experience in design/planning principles and interpretation of design concepts.
5. Ability to produce and communicate with design team through hand sketch or 3D program is a must.
6. Site work experiences & furniture prototype review will be an advantage.
7. Good design ability and knowledge of production drawings, interior detailing, material usage and FF&E package.
8. Experience in shop drawing review will be an advantage.
9. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
10. Customer service skills and comfortable interfacing with clients, consultants, vendors and internal staff will be an advantage.

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the post of Senior Interior Designer
