
General Manager Assistant
Job Description:
1. Assist the General Manager in strengthening information communication and feedback with departments and group branches, accurately conveying relevant information in a timely manner to provide decision support for company operations;
2. Assist in collecting material and supplier information, accurately conveying it to the General Manager, and assisting in market and channel development, as well as following up and maintaining important customers and suppliers;
3. Assist the General Manager in the preliminary preparation for supplier negotiations, participate in business negotiations, and project promotion work;
4. Assist the General Manager in organizing business contracts, following up on contract trends, and managing signed contracts;
5. Assist the General Manager in training, attendance, and coordination management of various departments;
6. Follow up on affairs assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business English, Supply Chain Management, or related fields;
2. Good reading and oral expression abilities in English and Italian;
3. Familiar with Word and Excel office software operations;
4. Priority consideration for those with experience in the home furnishing industry.
